About Susan

Susan R. Moe,
Architect and CASp

I founded Access Compliance Consulting in August 2021 after spending ten years with the Division of the State Architect, Headquarters Office. As the sole proprietor of my woman-owned business, I leverage my thirty-plus years of experience to provide training, consulting, and publications on accessibility in the built environment.

I provide both online and in-person training on access compliance and serve as a provider for the AIA Continuing Education Services. My training is based on federal and state regulations and codes. I have extensive expertise in various privately funded and public housing regulations and have published a guidance document that outlines these regulations. Additionally, I have acted as an expert witness in several lawsuits concerning disabled access.
